Vegetables!

Vegetables allow people to eat healthy, add flavour and combine several spices and seasonings to develop a wide range of flavours. Vegetables tend to pick up the flavour of the food they are cooked in or with. Raw vegetables have unique flavours that can also pair with beer.
Try these combinations with your vegetables:
- Raw carrots, celery or lightly dressed fresh salad - Light Lager, Honey Ale, Hefeweizen, or Fruit Ale
- Vegetables with white sauce or cream sauce - Pilsner, Light Lager, Honey Ale
- Vegetables in a pasta with red sauce - Amber Ale, Cream Ale, Pale Ale
- Lightly seasoned or herbs/vegetables - Crisp Lager, Blonde Ale, Hefeweizen, Brown Ale, IPA
*In general, steamed vegetables work well with crisp or lighter flavour beers. Vegetables smothered in sauces or strong flavours will match up to stronger tasting beers.
