Shellfish can be prepared in both simple and complex manners..

Try these combinations with your next shellfish:

  • Lightly buttered or garlic butter dipping sauce and shellfish - Pilsner, Light Lager, Honey Ale, Hefeweizen
  • Shellfish with red sauce - Amber Ale, Cream Ale, Pale Ale
